Privacy Policy
This policy explains how UXY1 processes personal data through this website, forms, analytics tools, and related communication. The English and Polish versions are equally authoritative.
Controller and contact
The controller of personal data is UXY1.
For privacy requests, cookie questions, objections, or withdrawal of consent, contact us at pawel@uxy1.com.
Data we process
When you submit a form, we process the email address you provide, the form source, consent status, consent version, consent timestamp, and any extra details you choose to send.
For security, anti-spam, consent evidence, and service diagnostics, we may process technical metadata such as request time, browser or device context, IP-derived information, and user agent where available.
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, page usage, clicks, scrolling, and similar interaction data. Microsoft Clarity may provide heatmaps and session replay from the moment consent is granted.
Purposes and legal bases
We process form data to respond to your enquiry and take steps requested before entering into a possible commercial relationship.
We process email marketing communication only on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal.
We process limited technical and security data on the basis of legitimate interests: keeping the website secure, preventing abuse, proving consent, and protecting legal claims.
Analytics tools are optional and run only after your consent. If you reject or withdraw analytics consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded for future page use in that browser.
Recipients and transfers
We may use service providers for hosting, form handling, email, analytics, security, and website diagnostics. These providers process data only for the purposes described here.
The website is hosted on Netlify. Optional analytics may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity after consent. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, using appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
Form submissions and consent evidence are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain an audit trail, comply with legal duties, or protect claims.
Marketing consent is kept until withdrawal or until it is no longer needed. Cookie consent preferences are stored for up to 12 months unless you clear them earlier or we update the consent version.
Analytics retention follows the retention settings of the analytics providers and applies only to data collected after consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where the law allows it.
You may withdraw marketing or analytics consent at any time by contacting pawel@uxy1.com or by changing cookie settings on the website.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzedu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
